1. Parties and general provisions
This User Agreement governs the use of the NEXUS Web Studio website. Website owner: "WEB-STUDIO-NEXUS" LLC, single tax payer of group 3, EDRPOU: 46403497. Hereinafter - "Studio", "NEXUS", "we".
A user is any person who browses the site, submits an application, follows links, applies via Telegram, Discord, email or otherwise interacts with the Studio.
2. Status of information on the website
Site materials are informative and presentational in nature. Description of services, examples of work, technologies, terms, packages or estimated prices do not constitute an unconditional public offer, unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate contract, invoice, commercial proposal or written agreement of the parties.
3. Services of the Studio
NEXUS Web Studio can provide services for site development, UI/UX design, e-commerce, branding, SEO, technical support, gaming projects, launchers, Warcraft/WoW ecosystems, casino/iGaming interfaces and other digital solutions.
The specific scope of work, terms, cost, payment procedure, number of edits, format of transfer of materials and support are agreed separately before the start of work.
4. Applications and communication
- The user can leave a request through the form, email, Telegram, Discord or another communication channel.
- Submitting an application does not create an automatic obligation for the Studio to start work or accept the project.
- The studio can clarify the task, ask for additional materials, refuse the project or offer another format of cooperation.
- The user is responsible for the authenticity of the contact data and materials that he sends to the Studio.
5. Responsibilities of the user
The user undertakes not to use the site for spam, attacks, password picking, disruption of forms, unauthorized access, placement of malicious code or transmission of illegal materials.
6. Intellectual property
The design, texts, structure, graphics, logos, code, images, UI solutions and other materials of the site belong to the Studio or are used on legal grounds. Copying, reproduction or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.
Rights to the results of work for the client are transferred to the extent determined by a separate contract, invoice, technical task or written agreement of the parties.
7. Client materials
The client guarantees that he has the right to transfer texts, logos, photos, videos, trademarks, accesses, databases, technical materials and other content necessary for the performance of work to the Studio. If such materials give rise to third-party claims, the party that provided the materials without proper rights shall be liable.
8. Payment, terms and acceptance of works
Payment procedure, advance, stages, terms, acceptance criteria and support are determined separately. If the parties have not agreed otherwise, the terms may change in case of delay of materials, change of task, additional edits or external factors beyond the control of the Studio.
9. Limitation of liability
The studio does not guarantee a specific position in the search results, the exact volume of sales, profits or the behavior of third-party platforms. We are responsible for the performance of the agreed scope of work, but do not control the algorithms of search engines, advertising platforms, hosting, payment systems or actions of third parties.
10. Third-party services
Customer's site or projects may use Cloudflare, hosting, domains, email services, CRM, payment systems, analytics, Telegram, Discord, Jivo, or other third-party tools. The terms of such services are governed by their own rules.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data of users is described in Privacy Policy, which is part of the general rules for using the site.
12. Changes to the Agreement
The Studio may update this Agreement if the site, services, legislation or work format changes. The current edition is published on this page.
