1. Parties and general provisions
This Terms of Use agreement governs the use of the NEXUS Web Studio website. Site owner: ТОВ «ВЕБ-СТУДІЯ-НЕКСУС», платник єдиного податку 3 групи, ЄДРПОУ: 46403497. Below: “Studio”, “NEXUS”, “we”.
A user is anyone who views the site, sends a request, follows links, contacts via Telegram, Discord, email or otherwise interacts with the Studio.
2. Status of information on the site
Site materials are informational and presentational. Service descriptions, work examples, technologies, timelines, packages or indicative prices are not an unconditional public offer unless a separate contract, invoice, proposal or written agreement says otherwise.
3. Studio services
NEXUS Web Studio may provide website development, UI/UX design, e-commerce, branding, SEO, technical support, gaming projects, launchers, Warcraft/WoW ecosystems, casino/iGaming interfaces and other digital solutions.
The exact scope, timeline, price, payment terms, number of revisions, handoff format and support are agreed separately before work starts.
4. Requests and communication
- Users may send a request via the form, email, Telegram, Discord or another channel.
- Sending a request does not automatically oblige the Studio to start work or accept the project.
- The Studio may clarify the brief, ask for extra materials, decline the project or propose another form of cooperation.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of contact details and materials given to the Studio.
5. User obligations
Users must not use the site for spam, attacks, password guessing, disrupting forms, unauthorised access, malicious code or illegal materials.
6. Intellectual property
Design, texts, structure, graphics, logos, code, images, UI and other site materials belong to the Studio or are used lawfully. Copying, reproducing or commercial use without written permission is forbidden.
Rights in the work result for the client are transferred to the extent set by a separate contract, invoice, specification or written agreement.
7. Client materials
The client warrants they have the right to give the Studio texts, logos, photos, video, trademarks, access, databases, technical materials and other content needed for the work. If third-party claims arise from such materials, the party that supplied them without proper rights is responsible.
8. Payment, timelines and acceptance
Payment, advance, stages, timelines, acceptance criteria and support are agreed separately. Unless otherwise agreed, timelines may change if materials are delayed, the brief changes, extra revisions appear or external factors outside the Studio’s control occur.
9. Limitation of liability
The Studio does not guarantee a specific search ranking, exact sales volume, profit or the behaviour of third-party platforms. We are responsible for the agreed scope of work, but we do not control search, ad, hosting or payment algorithms or third-party actions.
10. Third-party services
The site or client projects may use Cloudflare, hosting, domains, mail, CRM, payments, analytics, Telegram, Discord, Jivo or other third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms.
11. Personal data
Processing of users’ personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of the general site rules.
12. Changes to the Agreement
The Studio may update this Agreement if the site, services, law or working format changes. The current version is published on this page.
